Basic entry instructions

1. Complete one online registration for each product you'd like to enter.

2. Make sure the entry information appears exactly as you'd like it to appear on your certificate.

3. Print three copies of the registration confirmation page (the last page of the online registration process).

4. Except for online products--e.g., websites--prepare three samples of your entry product by attaching one copy of the confirmation page and one copy of the product statement to each sample.

5. Except for online products--e.g., websites--ship three samples of your product to:
